CONECT services in the area of construction of the internationalization project are carried out by analyzing and evaluating the risks and opportunities of each industrial plan.
CONECT supports and develops the development of projects focused on business internationalization, through a continuous advisory action in the three fundamental phases of the process:
- Preparation and planning of the industrial project through workshops focusing on the technical analysis of the international scenario of reference;
- Assistance in the design of the project and in the identification of the industrial collaborations to be developed;
- Accompaniment and advisory in the execution phase, through a risk assessment activity and analysis of the competitive advantages (Customer Service).
The added value that CONECT offers is in the customer service phase through the preparation of a Report (Project Status Report) related to the development phase of the project.
The Reports are the result of continuous analysis, monitoring and intervention. They help the manager in predicting risk and problem solving as well as value the strengths of the project.
